What these terms cover
These terms describe the online sale of goods to consumers in Romania, alongside our services and separate policies.
These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer right. Sandbox card transactions are tests and do not create a live purchase contract.
Who sells the selection
REAL ESTATE EXPLORER PROPERTIES S.R.L. operates SILLAGE as the retailer and invoice issuer, not necessarily the maker of each piece.

Our role in your purchase
The company identified in Merchant & contact operates SILLAGE as the retailer and contractual seller of the products offered on this website.
SILLAGE does not operate as a marketplace, intermediary or sales agent for the listed designers. The designers remain responsible for their own intellectual property and product manufacturing information.
Pieces and availability
Product descriptions, sizes, materials, care and availability should be checked on the individual product page before ordering.
A listing or an availability indication is not a confirmed reservation. We will explain any material correction before a contract is made.
Orders and confirmation
A live order is accepted when SILLAGE confirms it. A payment authorisation alone does not guarantee stock or acceptance.
Before any live charge, checkout shows the order and full payable amount. We send the accepted order details on a durable medium. Sandbox test payments are identified separately.
Prices, tax and delivery
Product prices are displayed in RON including VAT. Each variant uses the same gross selling price configured in the SILLAGE POS.
The complete payable total, including delivery, is shown clearly before payment.

Gift cards and paid services have separate terms when offered. A commercial guarantee cannot reduce the statutory guarantee.
